Group Exercise Classes

MWR Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes. Per CNIC Navy Fitness standards, all group exercise classes are free to U.S. Active Duty and U.S. Reservists. MWR Fitness has designated 5 free classes per week for U.S. Active Duty dependents and U.S. Retired Military. All other classes are fee-based. MWR Authorized Patrons may purchase a 20-class Punch Card for US$30 (US$1.50 per class) or a single class ticket for US$3. They are available for purchase at the front desk of the Fleet Fitness Center. The non-refundable punch cards are transferable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Access to the Fleet Fitness Center and use of gym equipment is complimentary for all MWR authorized users for independent use. A Virtual Trainer is available for use at any time for personal exercise classes, from yoga to dance to kinetics. Ask any MWR Fitness employee for assistance. NOTE: No group exercise classes are held on U.S. federal holidays.

 

* Indicates free class for U.S. Active Duty dependents, and U.S. Retired Military. Classes with no (*) are available for a fee for all other MWR authorized patrons (cost detailed above).
