My kids had so much fun at the color run! The fitness staff was so friendly and they were great letting the kids help through the color around. Thanks for holding the fun run!

It would be great if the floors and walls in the gym were periodically cleaned.
MWR Team Response: We are sorry to hear that the gym was not clean when you visited. We do maintain a cleaning schedule, but if there is ever a time that you notice a spot that needs to be addressed please alert the desk staff so that we can make sure the fitness area is clean and ready to use.
MWR Team Response: Thank you for your comment. We agree it is unacceptable. We are currently working on getting a maintenance team to look at the equipment and the treadmill's power source. We must contract the maintenance team from outside, which takes time with quotes and approval. Suppose you know anyone who wants to work for MWR and knows about maintenance, especially equipment. Please let them know we have an opening and are looking for someone so that we can shorten the repair time and avoid the contracting part.
MWR Team Response: Thank you for your comment. We are as frustrated as you are with the treadmill situation. We understand the heat and the humidity. We have used up all the parts and are awaiting more replacement parts. We have requested an outside resource maintenance team to come out and check on the treadmill to understand the reason for the burnout and avoid this in the future. We have also ordered brand new treadmills as the life span for treadmills is short. The order was put in a while back, and we have been following up with our vendor regarding when we should expect the treadmills to arrive. We will do our best to get the treadmills up and running again.
MWR Team Response: Thank you for your feedback, upon review of this submission we agree with your assessment and have placed a request to NAVFAC to have the flag removed, following this we will begin searching for a new replacement, and possibly adjust the location in order to avoid wear and tear.
