MWR Singapore Runners Club
Join coach Cletus Varghese in improving your fitness and get healthy! People of all fitness levels can take part.
We will start off with 1.5 miles and will gradually increase to around 6 miles over time.
It will be a fun and TEAM BUILDING EVENT for the SAC community.
Bring a water bottle, towel and floor/yoga mat for stretching (optional).
Location: Terror Club field for pre-run stretching
NOTE: No runs will held on U.S. & Singapore holidays.
