Mission Nutrition is a 2-day course aimed at educating military members and their families in basic dietary information to include caloric and nutrient balane, shopping tips, lifestyle changes, and applying these guidelines to everyday life. It's a great way to become more familiar with your food choices and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance of the start date.
Two sessions are available, each limited to 10 participants. Please pre-register to save your spot in the class.
